I am SO impressed with Valley Lexus. Just received a short video from the service advisor on what they found and recommend. I have a bunch of reasons to not trust dealers or mechanics, and this video helps me push that skepticism back. I have an RX and GX, and find their parts people to be helpful and knowledgeable.
We just purchased our first Lexus with Valley Lexus and the experience was like none we’ve had before. Manny, Dane, and Kenny were top notch with their knowledge and customer service. They helped us narrow down what we wanted and was able to ensure we got just that. Chris in finance was also friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They all treated us like we were family and we feel happy to be part of the Lexus family.
I was not able to get what i wanted, but Mr. Hill tried his best to help me as much as possible.

My husband and I had been talking about getting a Lexus for some time, and since I lost my Nissan to a crash, we decided to see if we should upgrade. We supposedly were going to just look, but I loved the safety features and the new technology built in the Lexus vehicles. Linda was great and was so knowledgeable and helpful. They came up with a good deal for us, and we decided to do a lease so we could trade it in after 3 yrs. I wanted a black body with red interior, so they traded with another store that had a 2024 NX 450h+ F Sport 4 Door SUV 4x4 with even better features than the one we saw on the floor and they gave it to us for the same price.
Everything was good until the next day when I went to give them the down-payment and pick up the car. We had all agreed that Linda would drive my new car and follow me to my home and return with an Uber, but there were a change of plans. I talked to one of the sales reps, and I told him my situation and agreed to follow Linda so he could drive her back. Because we were in a hurry, we left, and I was expecting them to leave too. As I drove up to my home, the car was not there, and my phone rang. Linda said they got caught up with a client going through financing and didn't know how long it would take and that she could either have my car dropped off in the morning or late that night. I chose to wait for them to drive it to my home the next morning and leave it there while I was at work. That evening, when we got home, my husband and I noticed that they had never charged the car the night before, and by the time I got it, the battery had been empty. My husband always talks about going the extra mile when you do business with someone because mistakes like these can cost you. I'm very pleased with my Lexus but communication and delivery were unsatisfactory. I know none of this was Linda's fault because she went above and beyond. But the least that could've been done as a courtesy is gift us those two Maui Jim's we saw in their display. What makes me so disappointed is that my husband knew they were going around things, and he's not happy. A customer should be satisfied from beginning to end, especially in a place like this. I'm sure if it was some rich person, they would've gotten everything done and ready for them without hesitation and would've happily gifted them what they asked for. Yes, sales are important, but we were in line first.
The best dealership to buy a new Lexus in California!! Ron Fortt is just the best General Manager and works hard to get you the best deal possible and Manny our salesman was just awesome!! Drove home a brand new Lexus Hybrid and so happy and blessed to meet these guys!!
Staff unprofessional and missing. As a customer I dislike having to hunt employees down and well you finally see someone they are very unhelpful, especially Ed Sarkis, who was too important to speak to us directly. What an ongoing disappointment this place is and continues to be. The lost our business for good— 3 vehicles worth of ongoing service
I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service we received all around at valley Lexus. Manny is the person who helped us and he went above and beyond what was expected. We will 100 percent be visiting Manny and Valley Lexus for our next purchase.
